Pravin Jadhav
Pravin Jadhav has 13 years of experience in the developmental sector managing both profit and non-profit organizations. Currently, He is working as Executive Director at CYDA. After Complication of Post-Graduation in Social Science from Shivaji University, Kolhapur, he joined the UNDP project, Beed as a program coordinator. In 2012, he joined NARI- a Central government organization as a Research associate. In 2014, he joined CYDA as a Manager and took responsibility for various projects. From 2016- Jan 2022, he was leading the Water Sanitation and Hygiene Unit of CYDA. He has 12 years of experience in the Water Sanitation and Hygiene sector. He has been working with CYDA for more than 13 years.
Yogesh Ghan
Yogesh Ghan has an experience in Finance & Administration. Since, 2020, he joined CYDA, handling the financial responsibilities. Presently Yogesh is leading the role of Finance Director with CYDA.
Jay Krishna Jaiki
Jay K Jaiki has 12 years of experience in the development sector, Monitoring, Finance & Admin, HR, & Internal compliance, and has a good understanding of current legal & financial trends in the development sector. Currently working as Director of Admin, HR & Internal Compliances with CYDA, Pune.
Neela Kale
Mrs.Neela Kale has an experience of 16 years in the development sector. She has a proficiency in proposal writing and expertise in project documentation. Currently working as Director of Resource Mobilization with CYDA.
