Gurpreet Lives in Yerwada at Jai Jawan Nagar with her family. There are 6 members in Gurpreet family. She is doing her F.Y. (Computer Engineering). She is a part of Youth Resource Centre from 2021 and enrolled for Advanced Computer Course. She has dream to learn the programming in computer field. However, her economic condition, limited her to reach this goal as most of the coaching classes are expensive.
“Computer classes in YRC gave me a new hope to achieve my dream. Here I can easily learn the concept in Computers and also can keep my motivation alive”. expressed the Gurpreet.
Now she is facilitating the computer classes of 5th to 8th standard students at Buran coaching classes, Yerawada. Around 24 students from her community are attending her classes. She also started the remedial classes at home where total 7 students are taking benefit of her teaching. She earned Rs.6000/- till now from this fantastic work.
“I have developed this confidence from YRC, as I got the opportunity to do volunteering and leading various activities in YRC”.
She said that “I am taking these classes to support my family financially. Whatever I learnt in YRC I try to teach it to my students and also, I learnt to improve my teaching skills.”
