Sunita Naresh Rathod – Success in business requires training, discipline and hardwork

32, Sunita Naresh Rathod lives in Indira Nagar with her husband and two children Lucky and Kunal studying in high school. Her husband apart from his job, was involved in cooking at home and rendered his services by delivering food stuff at the customer’s doorstep. Sunita assisted him in cooking. Family was leading a happy life.

Past few months, Sunita’s self-confidence and strong support pulled her down after the death of her husband during covid. She went through several hardships during this crucial period, as she found herself difficulty in not only earning income but also handle the family.

Sunita gave a thought process of continuing the tiffin business, but due to lack of confidence and business skills, she could not take further step. At this time, it was CYDA who supported her with Entrepreneurship Development Training and uplifted her in doing business.  Post to the training, Sunita had her own visiting cards, banners and leaflets and displayed in her location.  Today, she is feeling overwhelmed to have orders for 25 tiffins every day and is able to earn good profit as her business is growing. Sunita is thankful to CYDA and Coforge for the Entrepreneurship Development training, which gave an insight to know more about business. Now she is looking in for purchasing new utensils from the saved amount.

She said,” From this training, I got to know the various ways of developing my business and earn more money to fullfill my family needs.
